Rankings & Winners in Philippine 2010 Presidential Polls

Philippines--It is  the fourth day of Election week in the Philippines and  the rankings in the Presidential race is barely moving.  Noynoy Aquino remains in number one, former President Joseph Estrada in no.2 and the rest of the candidates  are stuck in the same slot since Monday. Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay remains in the lead for the Vice Presidential race, Senator Mar Roxas 2nd. Some local officials were already proclaimed in Baguio City, Mauricio Domogan won in the Mayoralty race, Atty.
