Manila---- Maria Venus Raj, a dethroned Beauty Queen was reinstated after Bb. Pilipinas Charities Inc. deliberated over the discrepancies of the Beauty Queen's birthplace. The Bb. Pilipinas Charities might have overlooked some matters of Raj's dethronement, for after all they have done it for the first time in 46 years. Over Television interviews  “beauty-contest specialist” Gerry Diaz, has credited Bb.
