Born and raised in Manila. Mon Confiado (Ramon Confiado), the son of Veteran Filipino Character Actor, Angel Confiado. is a graduate of Civil Engineering at the Mapua Institute of Technology. He took a star turn and moved away from a conventional life and pursued the eccentric world of Stage and the Silver screen. Mon Confiado starred in 300 local films and more than 700 TV programs since 1993.
